Hospitality chain Pepe’s Piri Piri wants a 2.30am weekend licence. The branch opened on Newcastle-under-Lyme High Street last month and is the fast-food chain’s 255th UK outlet.Now it has lodged a premises licence application to open until 2.30am on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
