A police stop revealed a driver with no insurance and driving on a provisional licenceA car was seized and the driver reported for road offences after a police stop in Stafford.Staffordshire Police said Road Crime Team officers stopped the car in the town in the early hours of Wednesday (August 5) and, after making checks, found the driver had no insurance and was driving on a provisional licence.The driver was found to have a provisional licence and no insurance.
