The parents of a 14-month-old boy who died after being found not breathing in Charleroi, Washington County, are both facing charges.The Washington County District Attorney’s office announced Wednesday morning that Brooke Whitehead and Ryan Whitehead, both 32, are accused in the case.The district attorney said police were called to Prospect Avenue on Oct. 24, 2023, for a report of a child not breathing.The boy was taken to the hospital, where he died.The district attorney said the boy died of blunt force trauma to the head, torso, and extremities, with recent skull fractures and long fractures in various stages of healing.Brooke Whitehead is…
