A widespread network outage is affecting thousands of people across portions of Savannah, Coastal Georgia and South Carolina.Thousands are without phone and internet services across the area, which seems to stem from a Verizon network disruption.Thousands of Hargray Communications customers have reported disruptions. The network disruption appeared to have started just before 11 a.m. Monday, according to downdetector.com.There has been no word on when the outages will be restored.
