A Remembrance Day memorial has been inundated with poppy donations from around the world, organisers have said.In June, the Royal British Legion (RBL) appealed for people in Skegness to create flowers for a display around the town’s landmark clock tower.Since the campaign started, volunteers said they had received creations from as far away as Hong Kong, Bermuda and Canada.Tracey Turner, from the RBL, said the reaction to the idea has been “incredible”.
