Advance voting begins for Langley-area ridings

Date:

Voters in the three Langley-area ridings can start casting their ballots in person over six days starting on Oct. 10.

Advance voting takes place between Thursday, Oct. 10 and Sunday, Oct. 13, and then Tuesday and Wednesday Oct. 15 and 16, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day.

There are one or two advance voting locations in each riding:

• Langley-Abbotsford

Aldergrove Royal Canadian Legion Branch 265, 26607 Fraser Hwy.

United Churches of Langley – Murrayville, 21562 Old Yale Rd.

• Langley-Walnut Grove

Willoughby Hall, 20809 83 Ave.

• Langley-Willowbrook

Best Western Plus Langley, 5978 Glover Rd.

Timms Community Centre, 20399 Douglas Cres.

Voters can cast a ballot at any advance voting place in the province, and do not need a special reason to vote early.

‘Where to Vote’ cards are being distributed to registered voters around B.C. and will have more information about early voting options. Election Day in B.C. is Oct. 19.
