John Callis, the man Baltimore Police were searching for in connection with a viral video of an assault on football fans, turned himself in on Monday, police said.Charging documents show that the viral video was the second encounter between Callis and three victims on Oct. 13.Callis, 24, of Baltimore, is charged with first-degree aggravated assault and three counts of second-degree assault, according to police.The first victim told police they heard Callis yell, “Screw the Redskins,” as they were leaving an establishment in Federal Hill.
