Insider can now reveal the shortlists for this year’s Liverpool City Region Property Awards, which is taking place on Thursday 24 September at the Titanic Hotel, Liverpool.

A highlight in the property industry’s calendar, the Liverpool City Region Property Awards brings together the region’s property and public sector professionals to celebrate the achievements of the sector over the last year.

Every year, Insider brings together a panel of expert judges to help decide on the shortlist and winners. This year’s judging panel included:

As well as the shortlists for the nine categories below, there will also be a shortlist revealed for the Future Ambition Award, which showcases projects which have the potential to transform the region. The winner of this award will be decided by an audience vote on the night.
