Staffordshire have booked their place in the NCCA T20 semi-finals.Staffordshire have reached the semi-finals of the NCCA T20 Finals, after beating Lincolnshire by seven wickets at Wolverhampton Cricket Club. Staffordshire beat Lincolnshire to reach the last four.Lincolnshire opened with the bat and were heavily reliant on Sam Evans for runs, as he high-scored for the visitors with 29 from 24 balls.Amartya Kaul produced an undefeated 19 and James Laud also contributed 14 for Lincolnshire. Sam Keeling-Wright took three wickets for Staffordshire, before Lincolnshire eventually signed off with 115/8.In response, Nils Priestley propelled Staffordshire towards the finish line with a clinical spell, as he scored 47 runs from 32 balls.Meanwhile, Daniel John Lincoln weighed in with an undefeated 29 and captain James Kettleborough contributed 14 for the visitors.Staffordshire conceded just three wickets en route to a victorious 119/3, as Ollie Walker hit a match-winning six to secure progression to the last four.So far, Staffordshire finished top of Group 1 ahead of Shropshire, Cheshire, Northumberland and Cumbria respectively. They had booked their place in the Super 12s stage following a pair of victories in their double-header against Cheshire.
